Internet Search Spider Program

Need a spider program I can run monthly to search the internet for sites that contain either a company name or trademark name. I need to extract all website links, search category under which link was found, and if possible an image print of page where company name or trademark name is mentioned. The result from spider program must be in .csv file easy to import into Excel 2003.
