Referral System.

Hello. My page is fungames.sk . There are point system on page. I need to create referral system: If you are logged need ref link under every game. You will send this link to another and got 1 points if he played game, 1point per Ip/day. If that user signup, you receive 10 points. This two values need to be write and convertable in admin panel.
Link must contain selected game and user who receive points.
