Website Conversion To Wordpres

Hello programmers i have a website and i would like to make it more dynamic, user friendly,and MOST IMPORTAND,SEO..
The first option is to convert it to WordPress or some other powerfull blog engine.If this is going to be to difficult or to expensive, the other option is joomla..
Bid on whatever you thing will be better and you are VERY GOOD on.
Since the website is allready live you will get everything from there..minor changes of the feel and look can be done to fit the system we are going to use needs, but generally we have to keep it the same..if you thing that something have to change to be nore functinal on the engine let me know.
