WordPress Template
This Project is Urgent.
I need 2 versions of a simple wordpress template.
First Version = 2 Columns Design

second version = 3 Columns Design

the middle Column in the second design is for adsense and it must must be easy to put some adsense code ( or some others ads there)
The Templates must have almost the same structure than the Prosense Theme ( by doshdosh)
THe Code must be clean and you will have to write some comments in the Code ( CSS File)
i need to use the template for more than one Page so i must be able to change :
1) the colors of the theme really fast ( in the CSS FILE , thats why you need to write comments)
and
2) the Logo( logo picture / HEader)
As you can see on this picture :

the red area is the Logo area , that i need to change ( replace) in order to use the template for other pages.
I need all copyrights for this template .
The template must be at the end w3c valid, and compatible with all major browsers (IE6+, FF 1.5+, Safari and Opera),SEO optimized site structure, Compatible with WordPress 2.0+, Tableless Design , Widget ready.
