We are in the process of setting up our blogging site, using TypePad as our hosting provider. We currently have an existing design which we would like implemented for our TypePad blog.

We are looking for a programmer/designer to take our existing template files (HTML/CSS/IMAGES) and implement them into TypePad. The template should implemented in such a way that all the features within TypePad continue to work.

We are a small non-profit, so money is an issue for us. We would also like to get our blogging site up as quick as possible.

I need to script to submit:

Title, description, tags/keywords, URL to at least 10 SOCIAL NEWS sites like digg, propeller… I will provide the list.

I will be able to register accounts from the script MANUALLY, you only have to show a browser screen, fill the form automatically with details that I filled in before and I will add the captcha…

Once I have the all the accounts stored (I can create more when ever I want of course, cuz is done manually) I want to start submitting my NEWS to those sites.

step 1: I create the accounts on each sites (I can have more than 1 account on each site) – MANUALLY
step 2: I add a title, description, tags, URL
step 3: the script autofill all the fields and submit the story
step 4: I get a report that I can export to and csv file
step 5: I should be able to see stats of success, search by all the submissions, by date, by site(s)
step 6: at the end of the submission I should be able to get the new URLs of the SOCIAL NEWS sites where if I click it will open in a new window to be able to verify it… of course, again I should be able to export this list on csv based in my search criteria…all, by date…

- Submit a video to 5 different video sites (I’ll give you the list)
- Save the accounts to use them on each submission (I’ll create the accounts previously)
- Use multithreating
- Ability to add a proxies list
- Save projects
- get stats from videos sent
- Confirm submission(s)
- Store links of videos and rss feeds urls from video sites, should be able to export them in csv

Process:

step 1: we upload the video(s) to a Project
step 2: we select the sites to submit the video(s)
step 3: we add descriptions, titles, urls…
step 4: we submit the videos or we SCHEDULE them for other times (CRON)
step 5: We send the videos and get stats, confirmations, stats would be good too (numbers of views)
step 6: we can click on each link to see the videos on their source & verify them if we want to.
step 7: we can export a list of all the submission to an csv file…sorted by ALL, by date, by video site…

Note: we are going to create accounts on each site every day we want to store them on the script (mysql) an be able to see which accounts submited what, when and where…

PROJECTS
Backend page will allow client to upload new projects. Projects will have various text field inputs, an image upload, and additional file uploads (e.g. PDF files).
Projects will be labeled as “for sale” “for lease” and marked as a current project, or past project.

CURRENT PROJECTS PAGES (for sale and lease; two pages)
Generates a list of all projects marked either sale or rent.
Table displays small amount of project’s information — when you click on details, you go to a details page
List also has an email button that adds the project’s name into the email’s subject field.

PAST PROJECTS PAGES
In the backend when the client changes a project to “past” it removes it from the current project page and onto the past project page.
The email button is removed (as there’s no reason to contact client about project) and uploaded supporting files are no longer needed.

HOMEPAGE
Six featured projects will be on the homepage. Each will be linked to a project’s details page. The actual link on the homepage will be a thumbnail of the uploaded/attached project photo. In the backend, we need a page that has six drop-down menus of all current projects so client can choose which ones to feature on the homepage.
We have a script that fades through some various header/splash images at the top of the page. In the backend we’d like a place to upload a pre-determined number of photos that can be replaced and added into the rotation (maybe just renaming the uploaded file to the filename the script is looking for?)

CLIENTS
In the back-end, client can create user/client accounts that have an email link to the client for support and a list of files that have been uploaded to that user’s file directory. Client needs ability to upload files into user directories — either via web form or FTP?

All the other pages for this site are on a server and ready to accept this project. All the current files can be made available to programmer for consistency. PSD of the attached images are available as well.

Project needs to fit in and function with the current site design.

Need a job placement website, to connect temporary employees with companies that need workers.

Website needs to have two sections, one login for companies and one for the temporary employees

Companies create an account, put address they need workers (could be several addresses), put some check marks for what kind of work they need done, answer a few questions yes or no, and they schedule when they need the people to show up and make payment based on the type of work. Payments will be accepted through paypal.

If they are temporary employee, they need to create an account, put the zip codes they would be willing to work, and answer some questions about the type of work they can do.

If the zip codes of the locations that need employees match those of the employees then those employees should get an email explaining the job and the pay and other details that the company put in. Temporary employees who want the job then need to login to the website and put if they can do the work or not and what time they will show up. First person to login and click that they will do the work gets the job, other people are told they are alternatives and what place in line they are.

When the job is done, employees need to log back in and upload a few photos showing that they were at the job and the work was done. Once the photos are uploaded I would get a notification that the photos were uploaded so I can review the photos and delete them, and then manually send payment to worker through paypal.
