One of our joomla sites require 4 quick things:

1) Change Top menu to be drop down.

We are looking for a conversion of OrangeHRM (open source Human Resource Management System HRM) from PHP to ASP.NET. The database has already been converted and now we require the code base to be converted as well.

Modules include Personal Information, Time & Attendance, Vacation, Discipline, Reporting, etc.

Additional requirements include the ability to enter multiple companies with security and login roles to support company admins and overall administrator as well as a multilingual interface.

I am looking for a programmer that has experience with video on demand and download licensed video setups. Specifically Microsoft DRM. I am looking for a way to have the .ASP transferred to .PHP programming to use on a unix server instead of a windows server. The model we need designed is windows media format videos packaged with DRM purchased (to be viewed for set length of time) and then downloaded. The sale structure is in place but the DRM packaging and connection between the DRM and the sales are what need to be done. I already have the license from Microsoft for the Windows Media Rights Manager SDK and have used it in a local server setup. However our Internet server setup is a unix server with PHP and MySQL so would like to stick with that if possible. I don’t know if it is possible to package the files offline on the windows setup and have the server licenses be issued online with the unix box. As you can see I need help understanding how it works too:-). So prior knowledge is a must.
