I need a contest entry form created. It will run on Windows 2003 and can use an MS Access db (which will need to be provided as well). The form needs to collect:

name
date of birth
email
mailing address
city, state, zip
free text (up to 300 words)
optional image file upload

This needs to be completed by April 30, if it is not no payment will be made as I’ll have to find another programmer to do it.

We need 1 month as default view. Meaning if today is 28 April it should come up as 29 March to 28 April. Right now it is not working properly and neither is the function that should let you select dates to view. We need this to work properly as well.

There is also an issue with kg accounts vs pound accounts. If one of our members have chosen to display the weight in pounds, this should come up as the default setting in the graph, and the same with kgs.

Each of the articles will be based on one main keyword phrase to be SEO optimized (with roughly 3-5% density). * Complete ownership, and copyright of all articles will be transferred to me upon completion. You will have no rights to the material PERIOD and can NOT reuse it in anyway – we are VERY strict about this.

1. Application able to run in background
2. When use makes any outgoing phone call the number is evaluated to determine if it call is on a no list.
3. The determination is base upon the Area Code of the outgoing phone number (Area Code is the first 3 digits of the dial phone number)
4. If the call is Not on the “No List” (acceptable area code), the call is allowed, no action is taken by the program.
5. If the call is on the the “No List” ( an un-acceptable area code), the call is canceled and a New Phone Number is dialed.
6. Once the New Phone Number is dialed, a password is given and the call is logged.
7. The phone the goes back to normal mode, program stops and waits the next outgoing call.

We have 10 Sites which need ranking improvement on a ongoing basis plus some remedial work on the sites to keep them up to date.

I have an xml wich is the export by the software used to manage the warehouse. This XML contaigns product numbers, colors and sizes of the product itself.

I’m constantly adding links to sidereel, yidio, tv duck and nabolister. Basically people may call some links “broken” where they aren’t so there is less competition. So I want this to go to the url that I give it, e.g. http://sidereel.com/House for the House tv show. It will tell me the places where my link DOESN’T appear so I can just re insert them easily. It does this by going to results and finds my link for every episode. It then responds with the episodes that my link is “NOT” in. It displays the episode name and season in notepad or the url where it was not in.
