1. Different users can add new pages to my URL through a console, which they can enter with their login data.

2. All pages are based on a template I provide as an Admin, therefore the other users can only write (with a rich editor) or put pictures in pre-defined areas.

3. Each user has a root site and N subsites, wherby each users root site is a subsite for my URL.

4. There must be a function, that generates / displays an ascending list of titles of newest added websites of all users (like a News list).

5. This list has to be integrated into Twitter, so each new entry will generate a new Twitter message.
