I need VirtueMart’s Attributes to have a weight option just like they have a price option. This weight needs to be transferred to the shipping module to ensure a correct shipping charges, just like the price changes work.
If this change could come in the form of a VirtueMart Extension, it would benefit the whole community. I’d like that, but it’s not a requirement of the project.
Modification #2:
I’d like the Price Per Unit to change depending on the selection in the dropdown list. If there is no dropdown list, the price should just display. If there is a dropdown list and nothing is selected, there needs to be text asking the user to choose from the list above.
