X264 Modify Client Files

We need to have a customized “wraper” around the standard x264 insall and usage files.
x264 is a free library for encoding H264/AVC video streams.

More specifically, we need to have the ability to rename, and recompile, with our graphic, the files, etc. for internal use.
So, when the files are launched or installed, they will say “ACME” organization as we use them or install them.
We also want to modify any of the read me files, help files, etc. and make them generic.
This will all be in English, for english speaking users.
Timeframe is by May 5th, 2009.
