Wordpress Problems

My blog has some issues:
Some pages are not aligned properly
Some pages have footers which are not centered
I need to have 4 static categories changed so that I can update photos and text.
I need to have my aweber account linked into my blog (right now its linked to feedburner and I’d like to change that).

This is a simple project for someone with experience. There will be additional assignments each month and I would like to develop a long term working relationship.
