Polish Up Logo

Hello,
I made a logo myself but it needs polishing up, I’d like to make it look smoother, not sure if this is refered to as web 2.0 or not.
I will attach the logo. Feel free to show samples with watermark.
Multiple formats and sizes would be nice of the logo.
The font is century gothic
