Tweak Flv Player Settings

I need someone to help me tweak the settings on the FLV player on our site at www . monkeybriefs . com
The player is the same player that is used on www. funnyhub . com but their player seems to be playing the videos much better, where ours has some continuous buffering and lag.

p.s. this is an Agriya player and I have all the updated backup files for the Agriya player as well as the documentation for the player.
