Psd To WordPress Needed

i have a psd that i need coded into wordpress, all coding must be clean semantic and valid xhtml/css. with the coding the pagination needs styled as well.
This project will lead to many more wordpress codings, and i will check the code out to be sure its semantic and valid.
All work will be done on my server, I will escrow payment and upon completion i will release the funds.
