Dynamic Flash Actionscripting

Im looking for someone who is well versed in flash8 and greater. This person needs to have expert knowledge of actionscript2.0 at minimum.
What you will be doing is coding a dynamic scrollpane instance where each imported movie is also an embedded button. Both the buttons Image used in the movie and the url applied to the newly created button are created from a php script and do not reside inside the flash movie. The entire actionscript is generic and completely dynamic. Php knowledge is not required but is a plus.
I will provide the flash movie and all the files needed for this. All you need is to know how to code this script.
