I bought this flash template

I need to hire someone to help implement some modifications and and maximize the features.

First mod would be change the logo.

Also to add an admin section using php to upload and replace the pics and rewrite the xml that the flash file uses or add more galleries.

I could be ongoing, I just need someone that can understand this flash site.
I want the bid to be for a nice admin section that is easy to use and with the function stated above.
