Copy My Server Data Vis Ssh

i need someone who specializes in linux servers, i have a dedicated server that needs to be erased and a new OS installed, what i need si someone who can connect via SSH and make a copy of my servers content then once the server has been reset re-install the data to my new server
i do have a cpanel webhost manager but its not accessible until the server OS is upgraded
