Require Pr2 Or Above Links

I run a mortgage website in uk
I require around 250 PR2, 125 PR3 and 75 PR4 links.
Please bid on the overall price for the above links.
If you can only give me PR2 or PR3 links then please specify in your message that the bid is only for PR2 or PR3 links.
Also, in your message please breakdown on how much you would be charging me for each link i.e. I also require your per link price for example I need something as following
250 PR2 links will cost $xx at $xx per link
125 PR3 links will cost $xx at $xx per link
75 PR2 links will cost $xx at $xx per link
Also specify the time frame it will take you to achieve this.
My site already ranks reasonably well in google. I have got lots of links to my site. Any link that comes from a site which already has my link will not be accepted plus all the other no go areas for link building will be rejected. No black hat seo techniques please!
I am not interested in any other seo services like article writing, submitting to directories etc.
Please only respond if you can give me either PR2 or PR3 or PR4 links.
