Psd To Css/html

Hi, i need a psd (screenshot attached) converted to strict valid xhtml/css. I am looking for a reliable professional css coder who who uses minimum repeated graphics. The site must display 100% perfectly across all browsers. I am looking for someone who i can use for all my css projects.

I usually do all of my own CSS work but i do not have the time to convert my PSD designs to CSS anymore, therefore i am looking for a coder who will be very reliable and who i can trust to do a 100% perfect job.
