I need a flash banner

simple banner dimesnions as you can see.
as you can see the banner is small and high resolotion
my animation scene will be of dark clouds moving as in a thunder storm
a couple of small flashes here and there, that light up the night sky and then all of a sudden a big loud bang and lightning coming down and striking a kid in the head. Here is the image that I will use for the kid that gets hit by the lightning
