Site Header/logo

I have a logo or header pic I copied that has wording or a site name or title on it and I want to either have the words removed somehow or have a picture just like this made for my site.
My site is iRunBikeHike.com and I will be wanting to place pictures of myself running, hiking and biking in this Logo or site header at some point in the near future.
I will email this picture I have to you right away.
