Javascript Tooltip Auto-moving

If you go here http://alturl.com/tvbm and click on any line, you will see a javascript blue tooltip with the text “Tabella aggiornata” (it means “Table is updated”).
If you vertically scroll the page while this tooltip is displayed, you will see that it stay onscreen.
I need this cosmetic improvement: this tooltip must NEVER go under the start of the colored table (that autogenerated and updated and titled
