I need this 2 logos worked on

Logo 1 I do not want pixelation outside the outlines you can see what i am talking if you goto http://lubbockghostinvestigationsociety.com/index.html need saved as transparent background this is the sealcolor.gif

Logo 2 had saved in .psd I need this to be saved in gif format however I need the logos background transparent I want the shied area and wavy bar area white the anything outside those area I need transparent. One Modified need in psd and gif formats

I need this done immediately
