Website Replications

Hello,
I am looking to have the website like the one below created for my organization. I am looking for something that is basicly exactly like it, without copying it (dont want to have PR problems).
There really is only 5 unique pages that are required, the rest would just be content changes. Which I can always do myself.

I would also need a new logo created for my site I believe.
