*Target audience, international job seekers.
Features needed but not limited to:
*Administrators can set free membership and paid premium membership to both job seekers and employers/recruiters.
*-Can set plan for fees.
*Free members can submit resume/post jobs only.
*Premium member have special listing on front page.
–premium employers can browse resume of applicants
–premium job seekers apply online, and set job alerts.
*latest job posting list on front page
*Video Resume– optional at this point but would love to be able to
customizable and have room for improvement for video resume in the future.
*Free installation and support.
