Computer Repair Solution

I own 2 computer repair shops. I want a solution which tracks jobs as they come in, prints job sheet for tech, shows me a status ie waiting – on bench – waiting parts – finished – picked up(closed). Data required would include customer details including a mobile phone number, computer details and passwords etc, and of course description of problem. A basic invoicing system on the end would be good so we could invoice direct for parts and labour. I need to be able to access job status from the internet so a web based program is best. I have seen a program at http://www.realitymedias.com/repairshop/ but due to the ion component it is difficult to get it hosted. The online demo will give you an idea of what I need.
