Iphone App

Hi,
I would like to build an Iphone app that is very simple. I will disclose details about the project to the winner of the project. Please ignore your bid price, and provide a sample of previous iphone apps that have been accepted into the app store. Will require both programming and design (clean, quality designs will take preference).
