We have a form done in PHP and MySQL. It is a 5 step ordering form which goes page to page in 5 Steps.

Problem is when a user makes there selections on step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, etc and if they click the back button on the browser, all the selected and entered data is gone. The user has to start from Step 1 again.

We need it fixed so when the back button is clicked anytime in any browser, the users selection and entries will remain on the previous steps and NOT be wiped out.

I have a text file containing about 1700 URL’s. An example of the list is attached. Here’s what I need you to do:

Visit each URL. If the site is NOT veterinary-specific, delete it.

If the site IS veterinary-specific, then you must visit the site and capture the following data:

Name of veterinary hospital/clinic
Address
City
State
ZIP
Phone #
e-mail (see note 1)
Owner’s name (see note 2)

Most of the above contact information will be found on the bottom center or the bottom left column on the home page. some time you may need to visit the Contact Us page.

This information must be presented to me in a CSV format so I can import it into Excel.

NOTE 1: Some sites will contain an email address on their home page or their Contact page. Some sites will not have an email address. From what I have seen, about 50% of the sites will have an email address.

NOTE 2: Determining the owner requires some effort. The owner may appear right on the front page, or, you may have to click the “Our Doctors” or “Our Vets” link and the owner will usually be the first person listed. If you quickly read their biography, it may mention their role as the owner.

Like I said, the list contains about 1760 URL’s. I will pay you XX cents (USD) for each name/address/etc (record), but you must complete the whole list.

Funds will be placed in Escrow. Funds will be released AFTER I have received the list and I have done a basic Quality Check on the list.

This list will be used for an expensive mailing, so proper data capture and data entry is needed.

I have a complete jpeg design layout for the requirements below that will be sent to the winner. The following are descriptions of the functionality to be supported.

Left side of the page has search criteria that will take you to automated search results, which is the same as hitting the mls search on the menu bar. This is also the area where there will be live feeds of mortgage interest rates.

The center of the page will be a map of a region that you can click on and search by map. This will be a mashup between Microsoft virtual earth and the mls system needed to search the properties. Ajax scrolling to view property info on the mashup as well. This functionality is also available through the button (search by map) in the design document on the right.

Menu Bar contains links to sites that are pretty self explanatory: Current News, Our Developments, Communities (about local communities), Relocation, Our Team

Buttons on the right of the map include the following:
Make an appointment: This will be integrated with a calander functionality that will then send real time appt. approval to googletalk list that can then accept or deny an appointment immediately and then talk to that person if online(this functionality is negotiable).

Watch videos button: Video repository that will be updateable by me to add or delete videos.

See Sold property in your neighborhood: this will allow the user to search predefined areas with in the mls integration for sold properties over a user defined period in the past.

School Report: this will be a link (LINK ONLY no functionality) to a school site that reports on the local schools.

SEO optimization included in bid

Apparently, we’ve got the following error in web site Control Panel and can’t upload pictures.

Everything looks fine, but main catalog section is not showing images now however when I try to add new images in the admin section I get following error

Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /ecom/images/raw/

and cannot add the new images.

Can anyone help me to set up everything to have it working?

I purchased a web template from a stupid template company. It was supposed to be easy to edit. HA! It isn’t. I can do the normal stuff on an html type template – change colors, move things around a bit, change pics, etc. Anything other than that and it takes me too long to learn. But, I can’t do anything in Flash.

In turn, I can’t do anything with this template that I purchased.

So, find another one, right? Right, … but … I really like the design of this template. It meets my needs.
