We need a very simple PHP/MySQL system to do the following:

I have a PHP driven website and need to transfer data back and forth via SOAP with a provided WSDL. The WSDL is very complex and I have been unable to properly transfer my information via SOAP to get a valid response from the server. We are in the need of a team or company that can process language translation on a 68,000 record database of international businesses (specifically Japanese companies). We are looking to translate business contact data on three fields for all 68,000 records from English to Kanji. The existing data is data that my client currently owns or has collected via their own marketing methods.

PLEASE NOTE: We have already tried using Translator software’s such as; Google Translator, Yahoo Babelfish, Multitran and Babelon and we determined that those translators are not acceptable due to accuracy problems. We are looking for a manual translation from a team who can read/write both English and Kanji and can offer quality control on the translation of that data.

We are expecting to pay $0.01 – $0.0227 per translated word and have a total cap budget of $13,000 USD for this project. If the total number of words increases or decreases the selected provider would be paid accordingly based on the per translated word cost. Basically, we need to set up Business accounts on our website (this is already done) that will have the ability to upload entertainment opportunities for our users. The way it works is that the business will log into their account and have a link that they can use to post an opportunity. They will be taken to a page, which you will create, which will be similar to a form. The form will have the following information:

Short Description of type of song (small text box)
Genre (drop down list)
Format (drop down list)
Tv show/Film (Checkbox)
Explicit Lyrics Accepted (Checkbox)
Instrumentals Accepted (Checkbox)
Submission deadline (Date format)
Description of the opportunity (Text box)
Where to submit song(text box)

When the business clicks the SUBMIT button, the form will post to an email address.

It will also create a description of the listing on another page. It will include the date the listing was posted and the other relevant information except for “Where to submit the song”. The listing will have a link that allows the subscriber to submit for the listing.. It will first check to see if the member is a subscriber. If the member is a subscriber, it will ask for a $5 fee or 500 activity points (which will be processed using the ecommerce module). It will then allow the user to upload 1 song for each $5 fee (or 500 activity points) with a short description of the song and the title.

The song will be uploaded to our server with the ID for the opportunity and the other subscriber-submitted information for us to review the songs. We will review the songs on another page that is only accessible to the admin. This page will have the uploaded songs for us to review and will include a link to send a review back to the subscriber for their submission (The review will be another form). I need some work done on a custom ranking module created for my website. The developer of the module is no longer available. Basically, I have installed new mods that I need to pull data from for the rankings. The code has been written for the functionality, but I need you to revise the code so that it pulls the data from somewhere else.

I am also in need of a search function for the admin ranking module so that I don’t have to scroll through many pages of content to select a content item for ranking. I need you to modify the module to add a search function under the admin panel. I also need the admin panel to retrieve the content from different modules. The music module is now mytunes on the development server, the modeling and photography modules will now come from mcms, and the video module will be switched to the video module that comes with PhpFox rather than the one coming from the company Fox Videos.

So, I have changed the music mod to a music mod called mytunes. It is a plugin in the admin panel and I need to pull music from this music section rather than the original music section from phpfox. I haven’t installed this mod on the live site yet but will once I have this ranking function fixed for the different music section on the development site. The modeling section ranking used to rank models from http://development.artisticpursuit.org/cpg. Now, I want to switch it so that it ranks the models from http://development.artisticpursuit.org/mcms. This is a new mod I had integrated. The video mod used to rank videos from Fox Videos, a video mod I purchased. Now, I want it to rank videos from the default video mod that comes with PhpFox. This is the functionality I need to have on the development site, that isn’t on the live site. I can’t just copy over the live site because the development site has new mods and is on 1.6v21 rather than 1.6 v19. I did this so that I can test it before making the live site 1.6 v21. Then we will port the functionality from the development site back to the live site.

Lastly, I also need the functionality that was created for the Featured artists on the live siteto be ported over to the development site as well. Some of the code was overwritten when we upgraded the development site to 1.6 v21. The live site uses 1.6 v19, while the development site is now on 1.6 v21.

I need you to finalize a website that’s about 90% finished. The clincher here is that it needs to be done right now. This website was supposed to be finalized 1 week ago, it’s way past due and I see no end to it at it’s current rate. If you are competent in CSS, this can be done.

To summarize:
1) The layout does not have good cross-browser appearance, ie in different in different browser (Firefox 1.4 Windown, Firefox Mac, Ie7 windows). The columns shift and sometimes overlap each other in different browsers. I suspect this is a CSS issue.

2) See National Inventory, and click the category Exotic. Once you select a car category (exotic cars), the layout is really messed up. I will send the screenshot to show how it’s supposed to look.

3) The Car Details page is incomplete. I need a large photo in place of a clickable thumbnail.

We are looking to take the basis of the flip book layout and add in more functionality. We would like to have the images which appear in the book to be links. The link would generate a pop up which would hover in front of the page.
