Downline Builder Script Needed

I need a basic downline builder script that will:
Replicate member websites with a user-chosen username. (website.com/username)
Track genealogy in a Binary Plan
Track personal sponsorships
Allow members to view their genealogy
Design work is already done. The script must be integrated into the design. If you have a script that has additional features let me know.
Additional details will be provided to bidders who customize their bid to this project and provide specific details regaurding this project. Don’t bother bidding if you don’t have positive feedback.
