Website Clone Needed

Can anyone clone this website for me please: www.bornholmermarked.dk?
If you can do so, please bid….I need it as soon as possible.
I would also need an appropriate CMS installed on it so that I can update the website and ads without having to use the Dreamweaver or similar softwares.
The CSS codes and meta tags should be SEO friendly for Google and other major search engines.
One additional feature: Upon upload the pictures for the ads must auto resize to correct size.
