Flash Image Slider W/ Xml File

I need a simple Flash Slider identical to the one below with the following:
1)This must have image preloader
2 External XML file to manage parameters:
-Images
-Each image can link to url
-Flash width & height
3)Pause button
4)Buttons 1-5 and arrows EXACTLY like the sample below (Identical look).
