Consultation For Website

Currently, I am taking bids on programmers willing to provide some guidance and consultation on how I can create a website that centers around adsense revenue. Importantly, this is the first phase of the project. Once I get established with some insight, I am going to need a programmer who would be willing to create the site. Only programmers with relevant experience need apply.
