Underwriting Tool

I need an application be it web or desktop that will help underwrite loans.
I would want to be able to compile a database of around 30 lenders, and within each lender is their various products (3-10)
Each lender has a “product sheet” that details the loan product.
I want to enter those details into the database (they are usually similar across all lenders)
Then I want to be able to enter a clients potential application into a screen and have the program select or print out all the lenders that the client would qualify for based on the criteria selected in the search.
This is generally what Id like it to do.
Please let me know your suggestions as well.
