Simple Lead Tracking System
We need a very simple PHP/MySQL system to do the following:
1. Have the ability to login/logout with users/passwords created right in the db. Passwords must be MD5.
2. Once logged in, must be able to see a list of all contacts and sort by: phone number, type, status and date entered.
3. Must be able to add new contacts with basic information.
3.1 Must have a simple form which can be added to an external site that will collect a name, phone number and email address and post as a new contact.
4. Must be able to edit contact information.
5. Must be able to add multiple notes with each contact.
6. Must have a simple install wizard.
That’s it. We need someone who can design a CLEAN and SIMPLE interface for this system. There is a lot more work for a provider who can prove they can handle this type of work.
