Webmail Interface

Wanted Webmail interface for new email service provider.
Will need interface to create email accounts on demand once paid for on a monthly subscription basis.
Will also need an administrative area where packages can be created ie.. storage pricing etc, See all email accounts, search function for email accounts, ability to edit email accounts, be able to remove accounts, etc..
Will also want Website designed and created to match parent home page website.
