Barbecue Cook-off Team Logo

I need to have our barbecue cook-off team logo re-designed or enhanced so I can send it to a custom stencil company. I have a good version of our logo without our team name under the logo. Our team name is UnPleasant Side F/X and this name should be placed under the logo. If you have any ideas to improve the logo then please feel free to explain. The attached logo is poor quality hence the reason I need to have it re-done.
