Write Sales Email

Hello,
I am in the process of launching a directory for salons and we plan to do cold emailing.
I am in need of a professional sales email that will include:
- introduction
- reasons why their salon should be listed in the directory and the benefits to them. Such as search engine results etc…
- Future additions to the directory which will enhance there listing.
- Price for listing and what they get such as photos, info they can add etc….
Any other info you think would benefit the sales letter.
