Copy Website

I want to update my current website to look like the following website: www.africanart.com
or very similar with same functions and usibility of something like zencart
I dont have access to the site I want to copy at all, will need you to setup a new database like they have on my site as well. Will need you to also do custom design and logo so it doesnt look exactly like that site.
