Webpage Design

I need a webpage designed that is similar to the site http://www.proclickexchange.com/. Of course I do want different colors, graphics, fonts, etc. The layout is what I like. I can take care of the sales page text in the white portion of the page myself. What I need from you is the header with logo, side navigation bar, footer, and borders.
I will give the name of the site and what I want on the header and navigation bars when I assigned the project.
I am looking to get this done quickly and low cost. I will have more projects coming up if I like your work. Please send links to some examples of your work as well.
