Web 2.0/css/xhml To WordPress

I have a web2.0/css/xhml template. I would like someone to code that template to wordpress. I am using the latest wordpress 2.7.1.
I will give example of what i am looking for or screenshots. I also need sidebar/widget to be added. Please example of previous work.
