Redesign My Joomla Website

Hello to Everyone
My website (http://dagia.in) was to be designed by a free lancer Shweta Lotlikar. I have paid the complete money upfront by electronic transfer. Have not received any invoice to date.
The net output is there for all to see especially the photo gallery and the inconsistencies between the categories pages. The person in context also vamoosed without offering any content management training and fixing the uploading bugs. Would not return calls or reply to mails. I am left with no option but to get my web site redesigned.
I have paid a good price to gain this experience.
I am looking for a Bangalore based web designer who has the experience in Joomla to redesign my website
