Mobile Version Of Links Dir.

This project is to create a mobile friendly version of a links directory that is powered by powerseek SQL. I imagine the best way to do this would be to add a CSS file that is only read by mobile browsers, but I don’t know for sure.
Whatever your method will be for doing this, please clear it with me BEFORE placing your bid. I need to know how you intend on accomplishing the project. Need this to be accomplished in the next 24 hours.
