Domain Register To Sitebuilder

Currently when a customer register for a site builder account in our website a subdomain (user.mysite.com) gets created for that customer along with a user folder.
We now would like to make it so a customer can purchase/transfer a Domain at the time he registers for a site builder account or at any time after he has established an account with us and have that domain associated to their sitebuilder subdomain user account. (We use Enom as Domain Reseller)
We also need reseller account configuration prior to building this functionality.
This functionality must also be easy transferable to other hosting companies after completion
We also need some basic site security set in place.
