Resize/convert Psd To Html/css
My Current PSD is 1100 Pixels Wide I need it to be 1240 wide while maintaining the integrity of the images
Need my psd file converted to HTML/CSS
-all styles must be css
-must validate for w3
-fully working on firefox(1,2,3) and ie(6 and above)

On the design I have a an area designed in which I will that has #’s 1-8 in which I want when someone clicks on the number or mouses over it displays a different image that image is hyperlinked. Need this to be easily editable either via a panel or easy to find in the code
