Facebook App Mafia Wars Clone

I am looking for a clone of the popular Facebook application “Mafia Wars”. This will be used as a new app on Facebook.
** Please also let me know how much extra it would cost to make this app work on MySpace as well.
The project should include:
- Customizing the clone to fit the new theme (should be all design change, NO extra programming).
- Full installation onto Facebook and the server/database.
- Support and debug for at least 3 months.
