Answers Database

I have a site that will provide answers to questions. I need a site like http://www.blurtit.com/

I need a database of information to start the site as well.

Is there anything like this out there? If you have the database I can get the site built separately. Or vice versa.

Please read this and understand before you quote I have had some off the mark quotes recently.
